Garth Brooks will be playing more than one show in Atlanta. The run on tickets for the country superstar's Georgia concert didn't prompt the same frenzy as in Chicago. But the demand led to two additional shows at the Philips Arena.
After tickets went on sale Friday for the originally announced date - September 19th at 6:30 p.m. - Brooks added a 10:30 p.m. performance, as well as a concert on September 20th.
Atlanta is the second city Brooks will visit on his upcoming world tour. When tickets for his opening night in Chicago went on sale last month, the demand led to the addition of nine more performances over a span of seven nights. The trek is Brooks' first in well over a decade. His concerts in Atlanta will be his first in that city in 18 years.
