Cable Repairman Found Guilty Of Sexual Assault and Burglary

The St. Charles cable repairman on trial for burglary and the sexual assault of an O’Fallon MO woman is going to prison.  A St. Charles County jury found twenty-two year-old James Helderle guilty of first-degree burglary, forcible sodomy, and armed criminal action.  Helderle was working as a cable repairman for C.U.I, a sub contractor of Charter Communications when he went to an O’Fallon MO woman’s home for a routine service call.  He came back the next day and committed the crimes.  Sentencing is set for today.
