Carcinogens Still Found In Pepsi

The Center for Environmental Health reports the caramel coloring used in Pepsi still contains certain carcinogens even after the company said they would change their formula.  Both Coca-Cola Co and PepsiCo said they would change their formulas after a California law was passed in March, stating drinks containing carcinogens had to have cancer warning labels on them.  While Coke products no longer tested positive for the chemical 4-methylimidazole, the carcinogen formed during the cooking process, it was still found in Pepsi products sold outside of California.
