Enterprise Claims Former Employee Stole Secrets

Enterprise Holdings is suing a former employee it alleges stole confidential documents before taking a job with competitor Hertz.  “St. Louis Business Journal” reports in their lawsuit filed Tuesday in U.S. District Court in St. Louis Enterprise alleges Scott Kriete a former credit card analyst with the company e-mailed “highly confidential, competitively valuable and trade secret information” regarding business to his personal email two-days before submitting his resignation with the company.  The company accuses Kriete of emailing executed and draft agreements between Enterprise and various credit card processors and providers.  According to the lawsuit filing, Kriete who had worked for Enterprise since 1998 resigned September 30th to work for competitor rental car company Hertz.
