A Crawford County man is facing charges he allegedly shot a man to death Sunday.  According to police, 59-year-old James Crocker got into an argument with a group of people floating on the Meramec River who had stopped on a sand bar to urinate.  Crocker pulled a gun and fired at 48-year-old Paul Dart Jr.  He is being held in the Crawford County Jail on 650-thousand-dollars bond.
