New Charges In Kirkwood Shooting

Nicholas Lunceford, the twenty-year-old suspect in the shooting death of 18-year-old Brandon Richards has been formally charged with second-degree murder, armed criminal action and attempted delivery or distribution of controlled substances.  He was arrested by St. Louis Police peacefully Tuesday at a motel just south of St. Louis.   A second suspect 18-year-old Keenan Miller is also in custody and charged with the same crimes.  According to police, Miller came to a home Lunceford was staying June 17th to deliver the drugs but they have not said who they believe it was who shot the gun, killing Richards.
